Overview

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and efficient individual to provide an effective and comprehensive administrative support service to the School of Medicine. You will work closely with the Associate Head of School, Undergraduate Programme Lead and School Operations Manager to develop, implement and maintain the administrative systems to support the effective running of the School of Medicine administrative function.

Responsibilities

The role involves developing, implementing and maintaining administrative processes to support the School of Medicine. You will manage your workload, meet key deadlines and take ownership and responsibility for the quality of your work. You will be a proactive and organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a wide range of people. You will bring strong communication skills, excellent IT abilities, and the ability to manage varied workloads to deliver a professional, collaborative service with a positive, can‑do approach.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be educated to A-Level standard or equivalent and have significant experience in a similar administrative support role where you can demonstrate the ability to develop, implement and enhance effective administrative processes.
