Your impact

Are you an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) professional looking to make an impact on world‑class military aviation programmes? We’re looking for an ILS Project Engineer to join our Lynx/AW159 Platform team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality support solutions.

Working closely with the ILS Manager, internal stakeholders, industry partners, and customers, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering validated support products and data, ensuring they meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and programme objectives.

What You Will Do As An ILS Project Engineer

  • Customer & Communication – Act as a technical point of contact for assigned ILS elements, ensuring clear information flow between the Company, customer, and wider teams. Support resolution of technical queries and maintain confidence in support capability.
  • Programme Delivery – Execute assigned ILS tasks in line with contract requirements, meeting programme schedules, quality standards and specifications.
  • Technical – Under direction from the Product Support and ILS management team, execute analysis and reports of a technical nature, applicable to the logistic support analysis methodologies, product support, and maintenance tasks for the Lynx/AW159 platform.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues across ILS disciplines to ensure that outputs are aligned, integrated and consistent with the overall support solution.
  • Resource Contribution – Deliver tasks efficiently, highlight risks or constraints early, and support workload balancing within the team.
  • Expertise & Development – Apply current company processes and industry best practice to your work, and actively develop technical knowledge and skills.
  • Reporting & Information – Provide accurate data, reports and updates to programme and ILS core teams as required.
  • Financial Awareness – Support adherence to programme budgets and earned value management requirements through accurate and timely task delivery.
  • Health, Safety & Environment – Take reasonable care of your own safety and that of others, and follow company policies to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

What You’ll Bring

  • In‑depth knowledge of customers’ employment of the Company’s aircraft products and customers’ support organisations and operations.
  • In‑depth technical awareness gained from a formal technical or professional qualification or experience of military aircraft operation.
  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to deliver against programme objectives.
  • Strong understanding of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) principles and relevant industry standards.
  • Good knowledge of commercial and contractual practices within a project or engineering environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the Company, suppliers and customer organisations.
  • The drive and motivation to co‑ordinate cross‑functional and multi‑discipline teams with long‑term and broad objectives.
