The Company

A long-established provider of HVAC products that work on major commercial and industrial projects.

Service Engineer Duties

• Site surveys, installation (mechanical & electrical), and commissioning
• Planned and reactive maintenance
• Fault finding, repairs, and after-sales support
• Project work and reporting
• UK-wide travel, including occasional air travel, this is less than twice per month

Travel is generally same-day return. Overnight stays are rare and typically limited to single nights for multi-day work (e.g. Scotland). Candidates must be comfortable with occasional flying and hold a valid passport.

Full training provided (3‑month programme).

Requirements

• Experience in field service (pumps, cooling systems, or similar building services)
• Plumbing and/or electrical qualifications
• Strong fault-finding and customer-facing skills
• Ability to work independently or as a team lead (SSSTS/SMSTS desirable)
• Able to read technical drawings and use MS Office
• Full UK manual driving licence

• £40-45K
• 39-hour week
• 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays
