Workshop Manager: Fleet Maintenance Lead & MOT AE

Ringway is looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee the Warndon Workshop in Worcester. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of up to 16 and ensure high-quality fleet maintenance operations.

The Workshop Manager will be responsible for health and safety compliance, team development, and maintaining workshop productivity. A Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is essential, along with a valid UK Driving Licence and extensive experience in fleet management.
