Family Engagement & Visitor Services Manager

Prison Advice and Care Trust is seeking a Family Services Support Manager for HMP Channings Wood. This role includes managing the visitor centre services and supporting families during visits. The ideal candidate will coordinate a variety of family engagement activities and ensure that services meet the needs of the families.

The successful applicant will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a challenging multi-agency environment. A commitment to safeguarding practices and child protection is also essential.
