Customer Project Manager

In this role, you have the opportunity to: Lead projects for Radiology Informatics (RI), that are customer facing, to meet the project’s objectives and stakeholders’ expectations, and to create customer value.

You are responsible for:

  • Leading large, cross-functional projects (>€1M), ensuring delivery against scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
  • Aligning stakeholders on objectives while managing scope, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Driving risk management and escalations with clear reporting and actionable mitigation plans.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and partners up to senior executive level; representing projects in governance forums.
  • Leading and empowering diverse teams to deliver high performance and operational excellence.
  • Ensuring adherence to standardized delivery processes and seamless customer experience.
  • Managing subcontractors and partners across complex contractual environments.
  • Owning financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, change control, and KPI-driven cost optimization.
  • Optimizing resource allocation across projects and drive continuous process improvement.

You are part of:

The Enterprise Informatics Radiology Informatics Service & Solution Delivery Implementation for Central Europe. You will report to the EI RI S&SD Implementation Project Management Leader Central Europe. You will be part of an inspiring team that has the goal to strengthen and drive performance of EI RI SS&D Implementation within Central Europe.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in software professional services and project management, ideally in international environments.
  • Degree in Software Engineering, Business Engineering, or equivalent.
  • PMP certification (or equivalent) with strong command of project management methodologies and estimation techniques (cost, time, resources, risk).
  • Proven experience delivering complex software projects to scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of software systems, integrations, and third-party interfaces.
  • Financial acumen with ability to influence margins during both presales and project execution. Negotiation skills: contract negotiations with sub-contractors and competitors
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior/executive customer representatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability: leading teams, managing subcontractors, and driving performance across diverse stakeholders.
  • Track record in process improvement, service quality optimization, and continuous delivery enhancement.
  • Strong communication skills; fluent in English; willingness to travel.
