Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to Building Management System (BMS) alarms (training provided)
  • Using CMMS (Agility system) to log work, review history, and track recurring faults

  • Working closely with on‑site procurement support (Rubix) for parts ordering
  • Balancing workshop, hands‑on engineering, and system‑based diagnostic work

What We’re Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 (minimum); HNC/HND desirable
  • 17th or 18th Edition qualified
  • Strong electrical fault‑finding and diagnostic skills

  • Good understanding of DC motors
  • Multi‑skilled approach advantageous (electrical + mechanical awareness beneficial)
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, reactive environment

About the Environment

  • Mix of single‑skilled and multi‑skilled engineers, including former apprentices
  • Team‑oriented working style with active communication between shifts
  • Varied workload across production machinery and facilities systems
