Senior Project Manager

We are working with an established Tier 1 contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex refurbishment schemes within Grade I & II listed buildings. You will lead projects £20m+ from 2nd stage tender and pre-construction through to handover, ensuring excellence across programme, quality, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end project leadership across all phases
• Delivery of heritage refurbishment in listed buildings, ensuring compliance with conservation and planning requirements
• Programme and risk management to drive successful outcomes
• Commercial oversight on £20m+ projects
• Stakeholder management including clients, local authorities, and heritage bodies
• Leading teams and setting high standards for delivery, safety, and quality

Requirements

• Proven experience on Grade I & II listed building refurbishment projects
• Strong track record delivering £20m+ schemes within a Tier 1 contractor
• Experience from pre-construction through to completion
• Strong commercial, programme, and stakeholder management skills
