Community Family Wellbeing Nurse – Band 5 with NHS Pension

HCRG Care Group, based in Epping Forest, is looking for dedicated nurses to deliver community health services dedicated to the well-being of children and families. You will play a vital role by delivering the Healthy Child Programme and supporting families from antenatal periods through to age 19 or 25 for those with Special Educational Needs.
