Responsibilities
The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):
- Be responsible for the Façade business unit: Profits & Losses, Recruitment, Strategy, Commercial
- Provide continuous high‑quality engineering and compliance services including external wall investigations/surveys and associated reports, production of reports and risk assessments (FRAEW, PAS9980, EWS‑1, etc.), and façade design and engineering consultancy
- Identify new work opportunities with clients and other professionals, engage actively with potential clients and prepare / review fee proposal letters
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (fire, façade, structural, civil or similar field) and have achieved Chartership and full membership with a relevant professional body
- At least 8 years’ experience in construction, engineering / consultancy and experience in fire safety design on façade systems
- Confident communicator, good customer service skills, self‑motivated, able to prioritise and work on own initiative, as well as following instructions and working as part of a team
