- s.Advising clients on contentious intellectual property matters, with a focus on technology and telecommunication
- s.Drafting pleadings, witness statements, expert evidence and court document
- s.Supporting advocacy preparation, hearings and trial strateg
- y.Conducting legal and technical research on complex patent issue
- s.Working closely with clients, experts, counsel and overseas adviser
- s.Contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationship
