The successful candidate will have acquired 3-6 years’ PQE, with strong experience in landlord and tenant matters and real estate transactional due diligence.
What you will be working on:
Advising leading UK asset managers on asset management, acquisitions, disposals, financing transactions and complex agreements for lease.
Working alongside a specialist occupier team, advising prominent UK and international businesses across sectors such as finance, media, retail, professional services, film & television.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Real Estate solicitor who is looking to join a top-tier team, to gain exposure to premium clients and to work on a broad range of sophisticated Real Estate matters.
