Hybrid Council Tax Officer (Part-Time, 22h) – Customer Care

Blaby District Council is looking for a Council Tax Officer to join their team in Leicester. This permanent role requires 22 hours per week and offers a salary of £26,403 to £28,598 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

You will handle enquiries, manage the Council Tax database, and provide exceptional customer service. Full training will be provided, with emphasis on organizational skills and attention to detail.

The role currently operates on a hybrid basis, requiring in-office work approximately 1-2 days a week.
