About the Role
ERA Group is looking for a proactive and organised Appointment Setter to support our US Franchise Growth Team.
This is a UK-based role working closely with our US team. To align with US business hours, the working pattern is 11:00am – 7:30pm, Monday to Friday.
The role is hybrid, with three days per week based in our Kings Hill office. Office attendance is an essential requirement of the position, particularly during the initial onboarding period, to ensure effective collaboration, training and integration with the wider team.
You’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging prospective franchise partners, generating qualified leads, booking appointments for the Franchise Growth team, and maintaining an organised candidate pipeline within our CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential franchise candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
- Generate and qualify leads for the US Franchise Growth team.
- Schedule discovery calls and introductory meetings with prospective candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent follow-up activity.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
- Build relationships with prospective franchise candidates through phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Support recruitment campaigns and franchise growth initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience in appointment setting, recruitment, sales development, lead generation or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn for sourcing and outreach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Comfortable working 11:00am – 7:30pm to support the US market.
- Able to attend the Kings Hill office three days per week.
