Guest Service Assistant – Front‑of‑House Team Member

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest account updates as required
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality
- Support the front desk team during busy periods or staff shortages
- Uphold hotel standards of hospitality, appearance, and service at all times
