Kitchen Manager

We are on the lookout for a Kitchen Manager to lead our vibrant and friendly kitchen team at EVERYMAN OXTED. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be a true kitchen leader, inspiring the team to deliver a memorable Everyman dining experience to all our guests. Responsibilities

• Ensure every item that leaves the kitchen is of the highest quality.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining commercial and operational excellence.
• Maintain an eye for detail, ensuring everything looks as it should before service.
• Run all aspects of the kitchen, including rotas, stock control and ordering.
• Apply a sharp understanding of kitchen health & safety and food safety, and handle administrative tasks.
• Work closely with the venue management team to maximise service delivery opportunities and ensure the continued success of the cinema.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head or Sous Chef, preferably in a fast‑paced, branded operation.
• A passion for hospitality and a culture that encourages people to share this passion.
• Lifestyle personality; not afraid to use it.
• Loves food, drink, customer service and people.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with business savviness and self‑drive.
