Salary: £43,848 – £45,948 (inclusive of 10% market supplement)
Hours per week: 37 hours
Role: Experienced Social Worker – Children in Care Team, South Wiltshire (Salisbury)
Support looked‑after children and care leavers, working closely with children, families, and partner agencies to deliver tailored, trauma‑informed, safeguarding‑compliant support. Ensure each child’s needs are met safely, inclusively, and empoweringly.
Qualifications:
- Social Workers registered with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children in care, safeguarding, or children and young people with disabilities.
- Understanding of the impact of trauma on children and knowledge of related legislation.
