Responsibilities

Support adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including severe and enduring mental illness, personality disorder, and co‑occurring substance misuse.

Complete Care Act assessments, safeguarding enquiries, Mental Capacity Act assessments, and reports as required throughout a person’s journey from first contact through to discharge and step‑down planning.

Requirements

A social work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years post‑qualified experience.

Experience in a mental health setting and supervising staff within a social work team.
