REABLEMENT CARE WORKER – JOIN OUR TEAM IN CO. DURHAM
Location: Crook / Willington / Dales / Durham DH7
Shifts: 7am–3pm / 3pm–11pm you will be paid for the duration of the shift
Work Pattern:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Reablementcarersfocusonhelpingpeopledothingsforthemselvesratherthandoingtasksontheirbehalf.Theysupportindividualsinactivitiessuchascooking,washing,dressing,movingaroundthehome,andparticipatinginsocialactivities,usinga“doingwith”approachthatencouragesautonomyandconfidence.
Theirworkistypicallyshort-term,intensive,andgoal-focused,oftenlasting upto six weeks,thoughthedurationmayvarydependingontheperson’sprogress.
