Onsite Field Services Technician / Technical Support
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview
The Onsite Field Services Technician provides hands‑on end‑user IT support at designated corporate locations. This role ensures timely, reliable assistance for hardware, connectivity, and infrastructure issues that require in‑person troubleshooting or advanced remote support. The technician represents IT onsite and plays a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware Support
- Device Refresh & Replacement
- IMAC Services (Install, Move, Add, Change)
- Customer Interaction & ITSM Documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in hardware setup, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Office apps, basic networking).
- Familiarity with IT Service Management processes and tools (ServiceNow preferred).
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with end users.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently onsite
