FIT Pathway Navigator – Cancer Diagnostics & GP Liaison

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Faecal Immunochemical Test Pathway Navigator to support the FIT Pathway for patients within the Lower Gastrointestinal service. The role involves coordinating FIT referrals, logistics of FIT pack distribution, and supporting patients.

The ideal candidate will have NHS experience, excellent communication skills, and a degree-level education or equivalent. Experience with Patient Information Management systems is also essential.
