Role Overview
The successful candidate will become an efficient team member in the Client Onboarding team, delivering Business As Usual (BAU) activities while supporting the Client Lifecycle Team Lead in a fast‑paced financial services environment. This graduate‑level role offers comprehensive training to develop key sector skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver allocated client lifecycle processes effectively, ensuring activities meet defined service levels and are completed on time.
- Complete onboarding cases for low, medium and high‑risk clients across all TP ICAP businesses, performing all necessary KYC/AML and due diligence checks.
- Monitor negative media alerts, investigate appropriate alerts, and escalate to compliance when required.
- Utilise screening tools to conduct efficient client screening for BAU cases.
- Assist with group mailbox management, respond to queries, and allocate e‑mails within the team.
- Build key relationships with internal Operations stakeholders and Front Office Brokers.
- Liaise with Anti‑Financial Crime in London on cases escalated due to AML/KYC risks.
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail, high organisational skills, and a proactive approach.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
- Capability to work effectively in a high‑pressure environment.
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills; adapts communication style to the audience.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced or pressured environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of financial markets (desired).
- Previous experience in a similar organization (desired).
- Passion for achieving results and goals (desired).
