Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 7 pupil with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Sutton, Greater London. This role involves implementing strategies outlined in Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and supporting the pupil’s development in a supportive all-through special school environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience with SEMH and complex needs, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a passion for helping young people achieve their potential. This position offers competitive pay and dedicated support throughout the placement.
