Maintenance Technician (full time, 40 hours per week) at Jubilee Heights care home, Irwell Street, Bury, BL9 0HE.
Rate
£13.77 per hour.

About the role
The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring that the fabrics, fittings, fixtures and equipment in the home are in good condition. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include a mix of:
- General maintenance
- Decorating
- Gardening
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Carrying out regular risk assessments, audits and checks
All tasks are carried out with the people in the home at the heart of everything you do, whether that is painting bedrooms, building planters in the garden or putting pictures on walls.
About you
