About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Social Worker to join the Safeguarding & Support Team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work and deliver high-quality safeguarding interventions.

You will be part of a supportive and professional team committed to delivering person-centred, strengths-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Social Worker, you will:

• Lead and manage a complex caseload of safeguarding and support cases.
• Carry out strengths-based assessments, risk assessments, and care planning.
• Work closely with service users, carers, and multi-agency partners to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide professional advice, guidance, and support to colleagues where required.
• Contribute to multi-agency meetings, safeguarding strategy discussions, and case conferences.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality case records.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Current Social Work England registration and a recognised Social Work qualification.
• Substantial experience in Safeguarding, including Section 42 enquiries.
• Strong knowledge related safeguarding legislation.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
