Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess engaging learning daily for children aged 3-11 years.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods that stimulate interest and excitement in the classroom.
- Create an imaginative, inclusive and resourceful learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the wider life of the trust and enhance the curriculum.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the school through participation in trust initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships with young children.
- Understanding of the educational, welfare and social needs of the children we support.
- Confidence in using a range of resources to make the classroom engaging.
- Commitment to working as part of a team.
- Ability to raise the achievement of all students of all abilities.
