Salary: £45,000 per year

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team, covering Swindon and surrounding areas. This role is heavily focused on reactive repairs and breakdowns across a variety of commercial sites.

We’re looking for an engineer who takes ownership of fault finding and repairs, seeing jobs through to completion.

The Role

• Reactive maintenance, fault finding and breakdown repairs
• Working across a range of commercial environments
• Client-facing role – professionalism and communication are key
• Working as part of a supportive, experienced engineering team
• Door-to-door (D2D) paid
• Plenty of overtime available for those who want it

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an AC / HVAC Engineer
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Good work ethic and a “get stuck in” attitude
• Willing to get to site, take ownership of jobs, and see them throughComfortable dealing directly with clients on site
• Based in or around Swindon, or happy to travel in the area
