Sales Assistant (Part-Time)

Employment Details

Pay: £13.25 per hour.

Contract: Fixed‑term, 6 months.

Working hours: 8 hours per week covering all days of the week.

Role

As a Sales Assistant at Pandora you will live the values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering every day. You will welcome customers, curate jewellery selections, and celebrate their unique moments to create an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver exceptional service, achieving and exceeding sales KPIs by executing the customer experience model ‘Every Moment Matters’.
• Build rapport and loyalty by providing personalised service and encouraging repeat visits.
• Act as a brand ambassador, sharing product knowledge and curating selections that tell a story.
• Achieve sales targets focusing on conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
• Support store operations: assist with stock deliveries, maintain shop floor standards, and process transactions accurately at the till.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Enthusiastic about the Pandora brand and jewellery.
• Sales‑driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑player mindset: proactive and eager to contribute to store success.
