We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and ambitious BDR to join our high‑performing sales team. If you love speaking to people, are curious about tech, and want a career with real progression — this is your launchpad.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to businesses through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events
- Speaking with potential customers to understand their needs
- Qualifying leads and booking meetings for our Account Executives
- Learning the ins and outs of our HR, payroll, and accountancy products
- Updating the CRM with activity and insights
- Working closely with the wider sales and marketing teams
- Hitting monthly goals for outreach and meetings booked
- Confident communicator — you enjoy speaking with people
- Willingness to learn and take on feedback
- Driven, motivated, and excited by targets
- Comfortable picking up the phone
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Basic computer skills — we’ll train you in everything else!
No sales experience? No problem. If you bring the attitude, we’ll teach you the rest.
