Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe have partnered with a 75 unit Senior living property in Norwich who is in need of additional Maintenance help!Maintenance Techs are responsibilities for ensuring apartments are move-in ready, general clean up around the property and completing work orders.
The hours are 8am – 5pm Monday-Friday and paying $22-24/hour
Responsibilities
- Light Plumbing (leaky faucets, snaking drains, installing new toilets, caulking)
- Light Electrical (changing fixtures, switches)
- Painting
- Drywall Patching
- Clean Up
Qualifications
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
