Position Overview: Are you a Psychology, Behavioural Science, or Education Studies graduate seeking high-quality, practical clinical experience? This position is specifically designed for analytical, dedicated individuals looking to build a career in Educational Psychology, Speech Therapy, or Specialised SEN Teaching.
What This Role Offers You: Unlike standard teaching assistant roles, this position offers a structured, scientific approach to education. You will be trained to use Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to track data, analyse behavioural antecedents, and implement evidence-based interventions that genuinely change a child’s developmental trajectory.
Candidate Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
- Documented experience working with children with SEN (Autism spectrum conditions preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and a desire to work with data-driven educational methods.
- Must drive and have a vehicle.
- Must have a full UK driving licence, a car, and prior hands-on experience supporting children with special needs.
Core Duties:
- Graphing and tracking student behavioural data daily to measure the efficacy of interventions.
- Modifying and executing individualised education programs (IEPs) for autistic children.
- Participating in weekly multidisciplinary clinical case reviews.
- Maintaining a highly structured, positive learning environment.
