Geriatric Social Service Advocate – Full-Time, 9-5:30

Bethesda Health Group in Southgate is seeking a full-time Social Service Worker to address the social service needs of residents, maintain resident rights, and provide support to families. You will participate in planning individualized social service programming and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
