The successful Account Manager will become the key contact for a portfolio of school clients, ensuring relationships are nurtured, expectations are exceeded, and operational requirements are managed effectively.
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of school clients
- Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and support
- Gathering and reviewing client feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Managing facility availability, closures, and scheduling requirements
- Monitoring operational performance and supporting reporting activities
- Supporting client retention and long-term engagement
Qualifications
- Previous experience within an Account Manager, Client Relationship or Customer Success Manager role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong administration and organisational abilities
- Experience managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Confidence working with operational data and performance measures
- Experience working within education, public sector, facilities, or service-led environments would be advantageous
