An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant to join a growing Shared Services team within a successful £800m division. This role offers excellent exposure across finance operations, opportunities to develop your skills, and the chance to be part of a business investing heavily in growth, systems, and people.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase invoices, supplier payments, and expenses.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist with month‑end processes, journals, and reporting.
- Resolve supplier and internal finance queries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support process improvements.
About You
- Previous experience in a bookkeeping, accounts, or finance assistant role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and finance systems.
- Proactive, positive, and keen to develop within a growing finance team.
- AAT qualified/studying (desirable).
