Change Grow Live is looking for a part-time Floating Support Worker to join their team in Nottinghamshire. The role involves supporting clients in crisis, particularly those undergoing drug and alcohol treatment. You’ll be part of a dedicated Housing Team, managing a caseload of service users while liaising with health and social care agencies.
