Position Overview

A distinguished HNW principal based in Chelsea is seeking an experienced and highly professional Private Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support across all aspects of her personal and administrative affairs.

Working for a Principal with multiple properties globally, this is a pivotal role requiring a polished and exceptionally organised individual who can act as the central point of coordination across a wide range of responsibilities. The successful candidate will be a trusted right-hand support, managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, correspondence, and logistics with absolute discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Support

  • Provide comprehensive personal assistant support to the principal.
  • Act as the primary point of coordination across the principal’s personal and professional affairs.
  • Manage a complex and ever‑changing diary and calendar.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules efficiently.
  • Handle extensive correspondence and inbox management.
  • Draft letters, communications, and other documentation on behalf of the principal.
  • Take and transcribe dictation accurately and efficiently.

Travel & Logistics

  • Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Manage travel itineraries, bookings, and associated logistics.
  • Liaise with relevant contacts and service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Coordinate arrangements relating to the principal’s multiple international properties.

Administration & Coordination

  • Act as the “spider in the middle of the web,” ensuring effective communication between all relevant parties.
  • Liaise with household staff, external advisors, suppliers, and service providers as required.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and ensure actions are followed through to completion.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative systems.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.

Confidentiality & Professional Standards

  • Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Represent the principal professionally in all interactions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

  • Significant experience supporting HNW or UHNW principals in a private PA capacity.
  • Proven longevity and stability in previous Personal Assistant positions.
  • Professional and highly dependable.
  • Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent drafting and correspondence skills.
  • Experience managing complex diaries, calendars, travel, and logistics.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
