Red 5 People Ltd is recruiting a Functional Skills Tutor based in High Wycombe. You will support young learners aged 16-24 with additional needs, delivering tailored Functional Skills sessions and job coaching in both group and 1:1 settings.
This role requires experience in engaging learners and enhancing their employability skills through practical support in educational and workplace environments. A Level 3 teaching qualification is desirable, with flexibility for support to obtain one if needed.
