About the Role
We are supporting a lady in her 70s who has a spinal cord injury and is paralysed in her lower limbs. She also has a stoma and is currently on bed rest due to a pressure injury. With the right support, she is keen to build back up again, regain confidence and work towards being more active in her day‑to‑day life. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys building a consistent relationship with one client and supporting both clinical care and independence at home.
The role will involve personal care, stoma‑related support, pressure area care, day‑to‑day assistance, and rehab‑focused encouragement, including physio exercises, stretches and support with gradually increasing activity. PA‑style support may also be included. Consistency and reliability will be important for this package.
You will be supported by Paragon’s clinical and operational team, working to a structured care plan.
