We are a leading education agency partnering with a highly supportive and inclusive primary school in Camden, and we are looking for a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team this September on a full-time, long-term basis.
The Role
- Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant role starting September 2026
- Long-term position with potential for permanent opportunities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Support children with needs such as autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies
- Help create a structured, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs and support engagement
- Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social development

- Experience working with children with SEN
- A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
