£50,000 – £55,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card + Christmas Bonus + Training + Company Social Events

We are a respected Kent-based manufacturer specialising in high-end bespoke joinery solutions, delivering projects across residential and commercial sectors with expertise in doors and windows. Join our growing team to take ownership of operations, client relationships, and project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
- Manage projects from inquiry through to completion.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as the primary contact.
- Prepare and submit quotations.
- Conduct site surveys to assess requirements and identify potential issues.
- Coordinate production with the Assistant General Manager and Workshop Manager.
Qualifications
- Strong background in joinery.
- Previous experience in a project management or similar leadership role.
- Leadership or management experience in a joinery or manufacturing setting (preferred).
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
