As a Client Affairs Case Worker (CASO) you will be part of a team that supports vulnerable adults who receive care and support through ESCC’s Adult Social Care service and who lack mental capacity to manage their finances and property themselves. The CASO supports the team to manage clients’ financial affairs, dealing with queries via post, email and telephone calls, and supporting the review of clients’ finances, including benefits and income applications, payment of bills and expenses. You will collaborate with team members and professionals from other Adult Social Care teams and external organisations to ensure clients receive the best service.
Responsibilities
