The Role
As a Nursery Thirdn in Charge, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe,n engaging environment. You will:
- Support then nursery leadership team by leading through positive rolen modelling and maintaining high standards.
- Guide andn develop staff through coaching, supervision and teamn collaboration.
- Build strongn partnerships with parents and carers through effectiven communication and support.
- Help maintainn staffing, ratios and the smooth day-to-day running of then nursery.
About You
You’ren compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a differencen every day.
Essential:
- Level 3n childcare qualification
- Confidentn written and spoken English
Desirable:
- Experience in ann Early Years setting
- Knowledge ofn EYFS and safeguarding best practices
