What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out high‑quality vehicle servicing, regular maintenance, and multi‑point safety inspections across a diverse range of cars and vans.
- Developing your skills on core mechanical repairs, including clutches, brakes, suspension setups, and steering components under senior guidance.
- Learning to utilise modern workshop diagnostic software to troubleshoot and solve electrical and mechanical faults.
- Prepping customer vehicles thoroughly to ensure they breeze through their MOT tests.
- Working collaboratively with a brilliant, friendly workshop team to maintain our flawless 5‑star safety reputation.
Are You The One? (Requirements)
- Experience: 1+ years of professional workshop or garage experience as a Junior Mechanic, Technician, or Workshop Improver. You know your way around a ramp and have the absolute mechanical basics down.
- Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 qualified (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent portfolio of hands‑on garage experience) is preferred.
- Mindset: A reliable, detail‑focused team player with a massive hunger to ask questions, learn new technical skills, and take pride in clean engineering.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
