Employment Solicitor | National Law Firm
Salary: £61,000 – £85,000 + Bonus
The Opportunity

This role sits within a well-established and growing Employment team, advising a broad range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The Role
You will be advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including:
- Redundancy and restructuring processes
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- TUPE and business transfers
- Absence management and capability issues
- Settlement Agreements
- Employment contracts and workplace policies
- Employment Tribunal claims and litigation
- Higher court proceedings where required
In addition, you will:
- Build and manage client relationships
- Contribute to business development initiatives
- Support and mentor junior lawyers within the team
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
- Deliver commercially focused and pragmatic legal advice
