Night Shift Machine Operator – Temp to Perm

KPA Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Machine Operator for a client in Hortonwood, Telford. The role involves operating machinery, ensuring quality output, and maintaining safety. Shifts are Sunday to Thursday, 10 pm to 6 am, with initial training on days at £13.50 per hour. After training, the pay increases to £14.85 per hour for night shifts.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a manufacturing environment and excellent problem-solving skills. A temp-to-perm contract is available.
