Job Summary
Housekeeping Supervisor at Apex City of Glasgow Hotel, responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards, supervising staff and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms are presentable by performing cleaning duties (cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms, changing linen, vacuuming, polishing and dusting).
- Buddy and mentor new and current staff.
- Engage with guests to promote loyalty and memorable experiences.
- Maintain consistency with Apex cleaning standards and brand recognition.
- Manage daily tasks in the Housekeeping Department.
- Support team members to adhere to cleanliness standards.
- Resolve guest enquiries efficiently with a positive attitude.

- Deliver excellent cleaning and guest service standards.
- Initiate and take ownership of tasks.
- Be self‑aware and evaluate own and others’ work.
- Possess a customer service attitude with multi‑tasking ability.
- Have excellent attention to detail and adaptability.

Work Conditions
Permanent, full‑time, 40 hours per week. Shift patterns: 7:00‑15:30 or 7:30‑16:00. Requires a 12‑week structured learning program upon start.
