Temp to Perm, £15p/hr to £16p/hr DOE, 39hrs per week.

I am looking for an experienced Electrical Assemblers/Fitters to work a mixed Assembly and Site Fitting role, for a company based in Leeds. The successful candidate must possess applicable Electrical Qualifications and have Site Fitting experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Read and interpret electrical wiring and schematic diagrams
• Mechanical Assembly experience (beneficial)
• Panel wiring and panel installations
• Experience in site duct work (advantageous)
• CSCS Card holder if possible
• Knowledge of Manual Handling Techniques (vital as the role will include heavy lifting)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Electrical Assembly
• Panel Wiring
• Electrical installations of electrical components and sub-assemblies
• Site Fitting
• Duct Fitting and/or Mechanical Assembly
• Ad hoc duties where required
• General cleaning and tidying of the workspace area and sites

You will be required to work a core of 39hrs per week, 7am to 5.15pm from Mon to Thurs. Flexibility will be key, especially when working on site, where longer days may be required.

The starting Pay Rate for the role is dependent on experience, between £15p/hr to £16p/hr, with Overtime paid at time + ½ after 39hrs. The role is advertised as Temp to Perm for the right candidates.
