Activities Lead – Dementia & Wellbeing Champion, 30h/wk

Care Concern Group is looking for an Activities Lead to develop and deliver engaging programmes for residents at their luxury care home near Alsager. The role involves planning meaningful activities, enhancing wellbeing, and coping with care needs, particularly for those living with dementia.

You’ll work closely with the Home Manager and team to provide a positive environment, while ensuring that the activities align with individual care plans and part of the responsibilities include working alternate weekends.
