Responsibilities
- Provide personalised companionship, engaging clients in conversation and activities that enrich their lives.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, always maintaining dignity and promoting independence.
- Support with medication reminders and management, ensuring clients follow their prescribed routines.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, promoting healthy eating habits and enjoyment.
- Undertake light housework, laundry, and ensure a safe, tidy, and comfortable home environment.
- Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, or for errands, providing reliable transport and support.
- Offer emotional support and foster independence, ensuring clients feel valued, secure, and respected.
Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient, empathetic, and understanding approach.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly responsible, with a strong commitment to your clients.
- The right to work in the UK.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential for visiting clients in various locations across Southampton).
