Job Summary

Pertemps Medical Professionals is seeking a qualified Band5 Occupational Therapist to join a service in Manchester. This part‑time contract role requires two days per week, with flexibility for weekday or weekend shifts. Candidates will support a rehabilitation and recovery service for men with a primary diagnosis of mental disorder. The position offers a Band5 umbrella salary.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy support to men in the rehabilitation and recovery service.
• Deliver interventions that promote recovery from mental disorders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC registration.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Inpatient Adult Mental Health experience preferred.

Compliance Requirements

• DBS check.
• Occupational Health clearance (proof of immunity to HepatitisB, Measles and Rubella).
• Right to work – Passport or Visa.
  • Mandatory training qualification certificates.
